Welcome to The Fitzwimarc Badminton Club
The FitzWimarc club is one of the largest and most established clubs in the County of Essex. With a large playing member base and a home venue of 5 courts, it is one of the easiest places to get involved in the game. We have youth coaching on tuesday and Friday nights for 12-16yrs olds and then two club nights per week.
Friday for those players who are not ready for competitive badminton at match level but desire to play games against those of a similar level and Tuesday club, which is our original club night and is open to those members and invited guests who wish to improve their game and takes the form of competitive matches throughout the night with matches of varying ability levels.
All our members who play on Tuesday regularly represent the club in a variety of teams, Men's and Ladies levels, Mixed and Vets teams. We have teams in every league division.

We are always on the look out for new and exciting players but also those who can add to the diversity of the club. We hold a number of varied social events throughout the calendar which raise money for the club and keep subs and match fees down. Because of this we are also the cheapest year round playing club in the area.
Our subs are currently £120 + £12.90 B.O.E. fee per year.
Our match fees are around £4.50 per evening.
Our guest fees are £5 per adult and £3 per junior per evening.
